Job Title: Accounts Receivable Analyst
Location: Wilkes Barre, PA
Schedule: Most shifts are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (37.5 hour/week)
Overview: IAB Solutions LLC is a nationwide, full-service, accounts receivable outsource company. We provide resolution and management of deductions and accounts receivable disputes for consumer manufacturing corporations. We are looking for an individual to be part of our team. You will be resolving accounts receivable disputes by conducting thorough research and analysis and employing effective collection strategies.
Responsibilities: This position calls for a professional, analytical problem solver who will be responsible for posting cash from customer payments to open invoices in SAP; as well as effectively researching, analyzing, documenting and resolving a variety of deduction claim types in accordance with IAB and Client-specific standards and procedures. This individual will resolve all work assigned to IAB by collection or appropriate adjustment of the Client’s records. Candidate must meet strict productivity deadlines therefore time management skills and self-motivation toward goal achievement is necessary. Attention to detail with exceptional ability to communicate complex information both written and oral is required as well as the ability to maintain accurate monthly reporting. This individual should be a self-starter and must be willing to work a variety of assignments.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes, including collections and deduction/chargeback procedures or related experience in Accounts Receivable or Finance.
- Candidate must have Microsoft Excel experience including spreadsheet development, and the ability to create formulas and sort data.
- Experience in SAP is s plus!
- Flexibility, excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Problem solver with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast paced, minimally supervised environment.
