Job Title: Accounts Receivable Analyst

Location: North Attleboro, MA

Schedule: Most shifts are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (37.5 hour/week)

Overview: IAB Solutions LLC is a nationwide, full-service, accounts receivable outsource company. We provide resolution and management of deductions and accounts receivable disputes for consumer manufacturing corporations. We are looking for an individual to be part of our team. You will be resolving accounts receivable disputes by conducting thorough research and analysis and employing effective collection strategies.

Responsibilities: This position calls for a professional who is an analytical problem solver who will be responsible for effectively researching, analyzing, documenting, and resolving a variety of deduction claim types in accordance with IAB and Client-specific standards and procedures. Candidate will be responsible for gathering claim documentation, claim research and analysis to validate customer deductions. Preference will be given to individuals with a background in working with the food service and grocery customers. Candidate must be knowledgeable in the promotional offers and direct store delivery distribution of perishable food/dairy products. Must meet strict productivity deadline therefore time management skills and self-motivation toward goal achievement is necessary. Attention to detail with exceptional ability to communicate complex information both written and oral is required as well as the ability to maintain accurate monthly reporting. This individual should be a self- starter and must be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Requirements:

• Collections experience and understanding of accounts receivable processes in JDE, including cash application or related experience in Accounts Receivable
• Candidate must have Microsoft Excel experience including spreadsheet development, and the ability to create formulas and sort data.
• Candidate will be working on numerous client systems and must have a minimum intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office programs.
• Experience in JDE is a plus!
• Flexibility, excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Problem solver with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast paced, minimally supervised environment.
