Hamilton F. Potter III

President / Co-Chairman

Hamilton Potter serves as President, with extensive experience in accounts receivable management. Until 2006, Mr. Potter was President and owner of Accordis, Inc., which, through seven main offices and industry leading technology, provided a part or all of the accounts receivable function of some of the largest public health care providers in the country. Earlier in his career, Mr. Potter was Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and an owner of Physicians Support Systems, Inc. (“PSS”). PSS provided hospitals and hospital-based physicians with accounts receivable management services. Mr. Potter and his partners grew that business from 70 employees in a single office to 2,300 employees serving clients in 29 states through 11 major operating centers. PSS acquired 13 competitors around the country. In 1996, Mr. Potter and his partners brought PSS public through an IPO. Mr. Potter holds a BA in Economics from Harvard and MBA from Stanford.

Kenneth E. Green

Co-Chairman

Ken Green is the Co-Chairman for IAB Solutions LLC and has worked tirelessly to support our clients since 1993. He previously gained extensive experience in sales promotion, vendor relations, merchandising and all aspects of finance and control both for small and large national retailer chains and manufacturers. He has presented at many national, state and local credit and customer financial service organizations specifically on the subject of accounts receivable outsourcing, deduction resolution best practices, and chargeback recovery. He has been named as one of the fifty most influential people in the credit industry by Credit Today. His educational background includes an undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a Masters in Business Administration from Columbia University, with additional graduate credits from Hofstra University. He plays an active role in local and national credit and customer financial service organizations, as well as with local community organizations.

Kathy Rotondo

Senior Vice President

Since joining IAB Solutions in 1988, Kathy Rotondo has held a wide range of field and corporate management positions enhanced by her retail and credit background. In 2009, she was promoted to her current position of Senior Vice President, responsible for National Project Operations. She has worked with a wide range of clients, including some of the most recognized consumer products companies in the country. Over the past 25 years, Kathy has developed strategic solutions enabling companies to recover disputed receivables and take control of customer deduction activity. Her extensive experience includes A/R deduction management ventures with Fortune 500 and middle-market companies nationwide. Kathy utilizes her in-depth knowledge of accounts receivable best practices, ERP systems, deduction management, resolution and recovery and has been instrumental in building long standing client partnerships for IAB. She is committed to high ethical standards and achieving maximum results for our clients.

Tim Powell

Vice President, Sales & Marketing

Tim Powell is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing and has an extensive background in accounts receivable management, operations, and developing strategies on behalf of our clients. A graduate of Lafayette College, Tim is a BPO industry veteran with over 20 years of marketing experience. Prior to joining IAB, Tim served with such companies as Vengroff, Williams & Associates, Risk Management Alternatives and Outsourcing Solutions Inc. Tim specializes in working with clients to design programs that free up working capital and help to reduce DSO / DDO across the entire order to cash cycle.

Peggy Artz

Vice President, Operations

Since joining IAB in 1995, Peggy Artz has held a wide range of field and corporate management positions. She was promoted through the ranks to her current position of Corporate Vice President in 2002. With a degree in accounting and a strong background in accounts receivable and deduction management, Peggy successfully manages the operations of the Midwest region. Along with her education, Peggy brings extensive experience in the consumer and commercial products industries, as well as the transportation, healthcare industries. Peggy augments her experience with strong analytical and technical skills that result in maximum efficiency and positive results in deduction and A/R management on behalf of clients.
In addition to her operational responsibility, Peggy attends credit conferences throughout the United States networking and sharing best practices with the credit community. She is committed to creating, supporting and sustaining long term relationships with present and future clients.

Michael Kowalski

Vice President, Controller

Michael Kowalski is Vice President and Controller of IAB Solutions LLC. He has extensive accounting, Information Technology and accounts receivable management operations experience. Mike joined IAB in 1997 and has previously held positions including Staff Accountant, A/R analyst, Accounting Manager and Assistant Controller. Today, as the Controller for IAB, Mike is responsible for an Administrative team at the Corporate Headquarters in Clarks Summit, PA. In addition to financial and administrative responsibilities, his duties include management of Information Technology, Human Resources, and Facility Operations. Mike graduated from Bloomsburg University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and earned a Master’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Scranton.

Pam Carney

Director of Operations

Pam Carney is an expert and thorough leader in deduction management and recovery. Since Pam joined IAB in 1993, she has worked with high profile clients covering a broad range of industries in positions of increased responsibility. She now serves our clients as Director of Operations. Pam joined IAB with strong experience and knowledge in the fields of accounting and finance. Her industry expertise includes SAP, with a focus on FSCM and deduction recovery. She is familiar with virtually every accounting software and a breadth of client industries. Pam is dedicated to delivering results that consistently exceed client expectations.

Angel Garay

Director of Operations

Angel Garay is the Director of Operations for the Midwest Region of IAB Solutions, LLC. Angel joined IAB in 2005 and moved up the ladder to his current position. Angel trains and oversees the Project Managers in the field. He helps out with strategic planning and utilizes his analytical and technical skills to improve efficiencies and accomplish the best possible resolution results for our clients.
Prior to IAB, Angel held managerial and supervisory accounting positions in the manufacturing, printing and entertainment distribution industries. He attended DePaul University in Chicago, IL.

Susan Segarra

Director of Human Resources

Susan Segarra joined IAB in March 2007 and serves as the Director of Human Resources. Reporting to the Controller, Ms. Segarra is a member of IAB’s Senior Management team. Her responsibilities include compensation and benefits, talent recruitment, management coaching, HR administrative services, and regulatory compliance. A graduate of King’s College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management, Susan has over 20 years in the field of HR. Prior to joining IAB, Susan held multiple HR leadership positions with such companies as Sanofi-Aventis, Cegedim and Software Associates International.

Diana Crowe

Manager of Business Development

Since joining IAB in 1995, Diana Crowe has held a variety of field and corporate positions. She presently serves as Manager of Business Development. Diana holds a B.S. degree in Management from Oakland City University. Along with her education, she has extensive experience in accounts receivable, including credit management, collections, and deduction experience in a multitude of industries.
In addition to her operational experience, Diana has a strong background in training and education. She has provided on-site training and webinars in a wide variety of subjects for IAB’s clients and various industry trade groups and organizations, including NACM and CRF.
