Kenneth E. Green
IAB Solutions LLC
Ken Green has been President of IAB Solutions LLC for the past sixteen years. He previously gained extensive experience in sales promotion, vendor relations, merchandising and all aspects of finance and control both for small and large national retailer chains and manufacturers. He has presented at many national, state and local credit and customer financial service organizations specifically on the subject of accounts receivable outsourcing, deduction resolution best practices, and chargeback recovery. He has been named as one of the fifty most influential people in the credit industry by Credit Today. His educational background includes an undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a Masters in Business Administration from Columbia University, with additional graduate credits from Hofstra University. He plays an active role in local and national credit and customer financial service organizations, as well as with local community organizations.
Steve Dempsey
Greyrock Capital Group
Steve has worked with the Greyrock Principals since 1993, interrupted by a two year stint as a team leader at GMAC Commercial Finance where he was responsible for structuring, underwriting and closing middle market leveraged finance transactions. He has over 15 years of commercial lending experience and is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Delaware where he obtained his BS in Business Administration.

Joseph DeLuca

Formerly a Director of Safeguard International Fund, a $370 million private equity fund investing in industrial technology companies. Prior private equity investing includes several years as a principal in a middle-market buyout fund and in an equity-oriented small business investment company (SBIC) fund. Previously a consultant for seven years with McKinsey & Company focused on operations improvement and growth strategies. Early career as a semiconductor manufacturing engineer at Motorola. BS Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and MBA from the University of Notre Dame.
Robert Reisley

Formerly a Principal of Eureka Growth Capital, an $86 million private equity fund investing in growing manufacturing, specialty distribution and business outsourcing companies. Co-founder of 3 successful startups and two management buyouts. Prior investment experience as Managing Director of KBL Healthcare, Vice President of ING, and as a principal in a family-controlled buyout firm. Early career experience in investment banking at EF Hutton and consulting at ICF. BA in Economics from Bowdoin College and MBA from the Wharton School.
